Email Forwarding
For Magic Mail (WT, InReach, and River Customers Only)
Login using your Login ID, Username and Password to www.nationwidebilling.net.
Once logged into Nationwidebilling.net, click on the "Services Tab".
Then click on "Email" or the (+) symbol to expand the the list of email accounts.
Click on the email you wish to edit.
You should now see the Edit Screen.
In the "Forward To:" field, add the below using the syntax described
MAILBOX, otheraddress@example.com
Here is an Example
Once entered, click "Update".
- This creates two forwards in the Magic Mail system. It creates a forward to the local mailbox. It also creates a forward to otheraddress@example.com.
- You can have more than one external address. This field is still comma-delimited just like it is for regular forwards. So, it could also be:
MAILBOX, firstaddress@example.com, secondaddress@example.org
Please note: The word MAILBOX. This word must be the first forward in this list and it must be in
ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
